    Yeah for 2 pounds!!! Whoohoo! I need to re-adjust my WI since I started on Monday or Tuesday. Of course now I could WI today but, I ate breakfast and I'll be higher than I should be....hmm. Road trips are tough....do your best and make good choices! You can do it!

    Ah the Vicodin diet :) Oh my word. I can't believe you functioned with that in your system!!! Road trip tip...lots of water--traveling dehydrates; if you don't have healthy food to choose from, at least go for smaller portion sizes; pack some almonds for crunchy cravings and they don't have to be refrigerated. Try making a "trail mix" of cheerios, almonds, dark choc chips, raisins. If you like any of that stuff. You get a little sweet without too much fat. Did I mention water? And you know, a 30 min walk is better than nothing if you can't go high powered workout.

    For the road trip, try Luna bars. They're one of my essentials - they taste good AND they're healthy for you.

    I actually just bought a Luna bar at Wal-Mart last night -- lemon flavor. They're not bad.

    Joni: Thanks for the snack advice. We got apples, the aforementioned Luna bars and plenty of water.
